Mark Feist

Australian-born Mark J. Feist is a multi-platinum producer/songwriter who has contributed to the sales of over 25 million records worldwide. In 1994, Mark permanently relocated to Los Angeles to start his career in the United States, and four years later he had his first hit song, “I Love You,” which he wrote and produced for MCA/SILAS recording artists Keith Washington and Chante Moore. This hit lead to many other productions and co-writes including Destiny’s Child’s no. 1 song “Emotion,” and hit songs for artists such as Kelly Rowland, Celine Dion, Mýa, John Legend, Jennifer Holiday, the Spice Girls, and Mary J. Blige.

In April 2013, Mark Feist co-wrote and produced “Lightning” and “More Than Just Friends” for American Idol alumnus Jessica Sanchez’s debut album Me, You & the Music,as well as Warner’s artist Sabi’s single “Cali Love” featuring Tyga. Mark also spent a lot of time in the studio producing and writing with other artists such as Hot Chelle Rae, Candice Glover, and Brit Smith. In 2014, Mark produced and wrote for Jessica Sanchez’s second studio album, and was credited with production on Mary J. Blige’s soundtrack album Think Like a Man Too.

Coming up in 2016, Mark will be co-writing and producing multi-platinum Republic Records recording artist Jessie J in addition to writing with Mary J. Blige and Fifth Harmony. He’s currently writing for the new Demi Lovato album and will have songs placed with Fantasia, Sofia Carson and Post Malone.
